In the garden there is a special enclosed BBQ space, which is fully equipped, with a wood-burning stove, sink, fridge and a beautiful crystal-marble dining table which can seat 12 people.
A shaded court yard in the pool area provides a perfect view of the beauty around you. Inside, the villa has large areas which are designed and decorated with great care.
On the ground floor you will find the living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. It has direct access to the swimming pool.
The next floor has a bedroom, a sitting room, a kitchen and bathroom area, which leads to a large shaded veranda, with luxurious outdoor dining furniture including large crystal dining tables, and with a magical view.
On the final floor, there is a master-bedroom with an ensuite Jacuzzi and a phenomenal view, a second spacious master bedroom with an uninterrupted view of the sea, and two bathrooms.
All the areas of the villa are air-conditioned have a SmartTV and the Wi Fi signal is exceptional in case you need to have a zoom
meeting.
The location of the villa allows you to have many activities and daily excursions at a close distance.
